Ladies of the Lineage

A Study of the Women of the Genealogy of Christ in the book of Matthew.

A women's retreat is such a special time with the sisters and with the Lord.  There will be time set aside to bless each woman with teaching, worship, prayer, healing, fellowship, and equipping of the body of Christ.  This ministry is not affiliated with any church or denomination; all are welcome.

We especially have a heart to minister to those who minister--to those ladies who work through every retreat they attend, but everyone is welcome.  Read testimonies from the 2004 Retreat and 2003 Retreat.  You will be bummed out if you miss this retreat.

Pray for us.  Pray for the women who will attend.

God

The Cost is TBA

(2 nights 5 meals (no lunch Sunday))

  • A $25 down payment is needed to secure your spot.   There is only room for 32 women, the sooner you send a deposit, the sooner you reserve your spot.

  • Full payment due TBA

  • Email Bridget or call (949)  370-4059 if you have any additional questions.

We will be staying in the Davis Lodge

  • This is dorm style so you'll need to bring your sleeping bag or bedding as well as a bath towel and a wash cloth.

  • To be perfectly honest, the rooms are very small--8 bunks per room.  But we're here to be together, so it's okay.  We only sleep there (if you plan to sleep); the rest of the time we're other places.

  • Come to the meeting room to sign in.

Directions from I-5

  • Go east on Hwy 76 for 38 miles.

  • Turn Left onto S-6 for 7 miles.

  • Turn left at the yield sign.

  • Take the immediate left onto State Park Road.

  • Three miles to State Park.  Request permission to go through to the Conference Center.  There will be no charge.

  • Two more miles to the parking lot.

Saturday afternoon will have a few hours of free time:

  • There is also a rifle range, and archery for additional fees, so bring some pocket money.

  • There is also a basketball court and a volleyball court.

  • Forty-Five minute Horseback rides ($15) on Saturday; sign up in the office after breakfast on Saturday.  Minors need parental waivers.

  • Both Friday and Saturday nights, be prepared for the pie-shop cafe for those late-nighters!  There  is pie from Julian and I think it costs a few dollars.  Feel free to bring your favorite game; it'll be a blast.
